God’s love is a given. God’s approval, however, comes only to those who live a life of faith.
Abraham was a man of faith. The most obvious example of his faith was his willingness to be obey God, even when he didn’t understand, even when he didn’t have explanations – even if it could potentially cost him his home, his family, or his own life. But why? Why did he have such tremendous faith? How can we have faith like that?
